Mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners for nuts. A fastener consisting of a head and a screw (a cylinder with external threads) in two parts, to be fitted with a nut, for fastening two parts with a through hole.
At the end of a half shaft, two things have to go right at the same time. The nut must hold the shaft to the hub under high torque and impact. And where the bearing meets the half shaft, friction has to stay low, because friction wears parts and makes noise.
This category covers the two fasteners we make for these two jobs in the transmission system: the half-shaft nut and the anti-friction washer. Both are made in our own factory.
Quality system certifications
One part holds. The other lets surfaces move without wear or noise.
An important fastener in the transmission system, used to secure the half shaft to the hub. It is usually made of high-strength steel so that it can withstand the high torque and impact forces generated while the vehicle is driving.
A transmission system component whose main aim is to reduce friction and abnormal noise, extend the service life of surrounding parts and improve driving comfort. It is usually carbonitrided for hardness and then coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounds.
The nut is decided by its steel. The washer is decided by its surface. Our work is organized around both.
Send us your drawing, or tell us about the torque, the bearing and the noise problem you are trying to solve. Our engineers can recommend a half-shaft nut and an anti-friction washer to match.
