Mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners for nuts. A fastener consisting of a head and a screw (a cylinder with external threads) in two parts, to be fitted with a nut, for fastening two parts with a through hole.
Doors, hood and trunk lid are the parts of the body that move. Each one is opened and closed many thousands of times, and each is exposed to vibration, water and road salt. The fasteners on them have to keep holding after all of that: without rust, without rattle and without working loose.
This category covers the six fasteners we make for the front and rear doors, the front hood and the rear trunk lid: a hood latch reinforcing plate, nut plates and welded small assemblies, a stainless steel bolt for door hinges, and two parts for secure, quick fixing, the spring nut and the elastic splint. All of them are made in our own factory.

Four closures, and what we supply for each of them.
Across all four closures. Nut Plate and Welded Small Assembly for threaded fixing points in the panel, Spring Nut where a fastener must not loosen, and Elastic Splint for quick-fit interior parts.
A closure fastener is judged by how it behaves after years of opening and closing, not on the day it is fitted. This is how we build for that.
Nearly 30 years of making automotive fasteners means we know the usual trouble on closures: fixings that loosen, hinge hardware that corrodes, panels that flex. We bring that into the design review of every new part.
Latch reinforcing plates, nut plates and welded assemblies are sheet metal parts. We stamp, bend and weld them in our own factory, so the shape, the thread and the weld all come from one process route.
Our large factory runs many independent production lines, so a hinge bolt, a spring nut and a welded assembly are each made on a line suited to them rather than squeezed through one.
Production runs under IATF 16949:2016 and is audited to VDA 6.3. Closure parts are fitted in large numbers, so each one has to behave like the last.
If you need a thread, a bend or a size we do not list, our R&D department develops it to your drawing or to your conditions under OEM or ODM. Prices are factory-direct, with no trading company in between.
The hood carries its own latch load and takes vibration every time the car is driven.
Made from sheet metal and bent parts, and assembled at the hood latch. It raises the rigidity and strength of the whole engine hood, which reduces the risk of deformation or damage caused by vibration or impact while the vehicle is driving.
Two ways to put a thread into a closure panel by welding. The nut plate is the threaded part you weld on. The welded small assembly arrives with the nut already fixed to the sheet metal.
A sheet metal part with an internal threaded hole. It is fixed to the metal plate by welding, with no need for pre-coated anti-corrosion protection. It suits a wide range of applications, and we can make it to your custom requirements.
A fastener in which a nut is fixed to a sheet metal part by welding. Because the nut comes preassembled, it saves installation space on your side and reduces the need for additional fasteners.
On our production line. A weld-on thread is only useful if the thread stays clean and the weld holds, so we control the thread and the weld on the same route.
The door hinge is exposed to water and salt, and it is a place where people can see the hardware.
Safe to use at the door hinge position. Its good corrosion resistance suits a variety of environments, and the bright surface gives a good appearance.
One part resists loosening. The other makes fitting and removing quick.
Also known as a shrapnel nut or locking nut. It locks itself: a built-in reed adds friction, which increases the nut's resistance to loosening.
A metal clip that uses the elasticity of the metal to fix or clamp a part. It can be installed and removed quickly, its compact design takes little space, and it suits automotive interior parts.
You can start with a drawing, a sample, or only the position on the car and what the part has to do.
Send us the drawing, or tell us where the part goes and what it has to withstand. Our engineers can suggest which of these parts fits, or whether a custom design makes more sense.
