Start-up stage

In order to achieve self-rescue in production, 12 ambitious individuals voluntarily applied to Shanghai Shangbiao Group for the transformation of its operation mechanism, voluntarily withdrew from the state-owned enterprise, and spontaneously established a shareholding cooperative company: Shanghai Totem Auto Parts Co., LTD. (the predecessor of Shanghai NATE).

From 1998 to 2008

Period of rapid development

Sales have increased by more than 60%, which has led to the expansion of production scale and the establishment of companies such as Zhejiang NATE Auto Standard Parts Co., LTD. The rapid development of the company has provided employees with a broader stage for growth. NATE Academy was established in response to this trend to support employees' career development and has cultivated a large number of middle and lower-level managers and core technical personnel needed for the company's development.

From 2009 to 2013

Transitional development period

The enterprise within the R&D belt has formulated its sustainable development strategy and implemented advanced industrial automation solutions, including an automated three-dimensional warehouse, robotic welding systems, automatic feeding lines, automatic product cleaning equipment, and a fully integrated industrial automation production line. Full-process information management has been successfully realized. Furthermore, a strategic management system centered on OGSM has been established to ensure effective strategic operations and management. Additionally, a performance evaluation and incentive mechanism based on OKR has been introduced, enabling comprehensive strategic performance management. These initiatives have laid a solid foundation for NATE's rapid growth.
