Mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners for nuts. A fastener consisting of a head and a screw (a cylinder with external threads) in two parts, to be fitted with a nut, for fastening two parts with a through hole.
Most chassis fasteners are tightened once, on the assembly line. A battery swap fastener is loosened and tightened again and again, and each time a heavy battery pack has to meet its mounting points. That changes what the fastener must do: it must last through repeated swaps and still work when the pack isn't perfectly aligned.
This category covers the two fasteners we make to connect the chassis and the battery pack of new energy vehicles for quick power change: the change bolt and the floating nut assembly. Both are made in our own factory.

Three demands, and the part that answers each one.
An externally threaded part used with floating nuts, in large sizes from M16 to M18. The head is designed to avoid interference with surrounding parts, which makes it easy to install. It is built for high durability and supports high-frequency power change operation.
The fastener that connects the vehicle chassis and the battery pack. It is made up of a floating nut, a shell and a welding nut, with sufficient floating space reserved around the nut so that the nut can move to meet the bolt.
A swap system only works if the bolt and the nut work as a pair, so we make and develop them together.
Send us your chassis and battery pack interface drawing, or describe the swap cycle and the loads involved. Our engineers can suggest a matched bolt and floating nut assembly.
